Step 1
Call us at 303-507-0410 or Contact us and schedule a Free – No Obligation H&H Maintenance consultation.
Step 2
During the consultation we’ll assess your home’s unique maintenance needs and work with you to define which of our maintenance packages best meets your needs.
Step 3
We’ll select a date to perform your H&H Audit. The H&H Audit is an intensive, one time inspection of your home and its major systems and appliances. This is required to identify deferred maintenance items, list all maintenance materials needed to perform your regular maintenance visits and to become familiar with your home so we can be efficient with our maintenance visit time.
Step 4
We’ll work with you to create a plan for dealing with any deferred maintenance items and a plan for your first regularly scheduled maintenance visit.
Step 5
Find something to do with your extra time. From here on almost everything is handled via e-mail and/or regular mail.
It’s just that simple!
