Bathroom Remodeling

Greenwood Village Powder Bath Remodel - After - 201

Bathrooms and kitchens both have several things in common that make them popular remodeling projects:

  1. They both have immovable components that, at some point, cease to function properly
  2. When you have functioning components there is a natural evolution to the latest and greatest (must have) technology to make life easier, cleaner and safer
  3. We just flat-out spend a lot of waking hours in them

But there are a couple reasons why bathroom remodels are more prevalent than kitchen remodels:

  1. Bathrooms outnumber kitchens – it’s common to have one kitchen and more than one bathroom
  2. Somehow as a result of comfort and luxury we invited a home’s worst enemy (water) into the house. Often, some very nice bathrooms are remodeled as a result of necessity (they leak water and also cause damage to other parts of the house)

If you “want” to remodel your bathroom to make it aesthetically fantastic and add the latest and greatest bathroom technology, contact us, 303-507-0410. We’ve turned master baths into spas and everyday hall baths into safer, easier to clean – and keep clean – baths. We’ve also turned powder rooms into rooms that will make your guests say – “Wow!”.

If you “need” to remodel your bathroom, contact us, 303-507-0410. Don’t let a small leak cause damage to the rest of your home.

Greenwood Village Bathroom Remodel

This Greenwood Village bathroom was only in need of updating. Out with the oak and in with the cherry and stone. Click to see how we converted it from a ¾ bath to a powder room with an unusual (but becoming more popular) change.

Greenwood Village Bathroom Remodel

This Powder room in Greenwood Village was dated and pretty plain. Add a custom vanity and a splash of yellow… Plain no more!

Centennial Master Bath

Oak cabinetry with a tile countertop just seems to date this master bathroom in Centennial. The change to warm cherry cabinets, granite countertop and frameless shower glass brought the bath into today.

Cherry Hills Bathroom Remodel

This long and narrow Cherry Hills bathroom needed some work. We were able to salvage the cabinets (raising them from their 30 inch height). We then added a granite countertop and a glass shower enclosure. Simply by switching the door swing, we were also able to add a second sink.

One Boring Bathroom

Greenwood Village Master Bath Remodel

The tile design and tile work in this Greenwood Village master bathroom make it one-of-a-kind. The fleur-de-lis was laser cut out of the field tile and another fleur-de-lis was cut from a different stone. It was then set to create a relief.
